Foreign Exchange Control Training Programs for Promising SMEs
- More than 100 employees of 60 promising small and medium sized exporters selected by the SMBA - In-service training including the UCP600, practical affairs of imports and exports, and trade financing - Forming a dedicated team for foreign exchange marketing and offering visit training programs
Woori Bank announced on 19th that it would carried out in-service foreign exchange training programs for employees of promising small and medium sized exporters selected by the SMBA, as a part of supporting SMEs, at the bank¡¯s training room in Janggyo-dong, Seoul.
More than 100 staffs in charge of foreign exchange sector of 60 SMEs will participate in these programs for four days. The programs include the UCP600, practical affairs of imports and exports, and trade financing. As Woori Bank¡¯s specialists on foreign exchange will give case study-centered lectures, these programs are expected to be great helps to the participants.
Previously, Woori Bank had implemented special training programs of practical affairs of imports and exports, trade financing, tax accounting for staffs of about 150 members of Woori Business Club for three days from 16th to 19th.
Moreover, Woori Bank is actively offering visit training consultation programs to small and medium sized exporters by forming a dedicated team for foreign exchange marketing activities to support them.
An official of Woori Bank said, ¡°We prepared these training programs to support small and medium sized exporters who are suffering from strong Won and economic recession. We will continue to help them by regularizing these training programs in the future.¡±
