Woori Financial Group announced that its Chairman Pal-Seung Lee acquired 3,000 treasury shares of Woori Financial Group at KRW9,300 per share on 23rd.
As a result, the number of treasury shares held by him increased to 63,000 from 60,000.
Since the first acquisition in September 2008, he has continued the acquisition of treasury shares. This was the 10th acquisition in this year. The acquisition had been four times in 2008, twice in 2009, and six times in 2010.
