Pursuant to the Financial Holding Companies Act, Woori Financial Group has the right to provide and use customer information among our group companies. On this note, please refer to the following information.

Article 48-2 of the Financial Holding Companies Act (Provision and Management of Customer Information)

① Irrespective of Paragraph 1 under Article 4 of the "Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy," and Article 32 and 33 of the "Use And Protection of Credit Information Act", the financial holding company, etc. may provide the information or data regarding the financial transaction details pursuant to Article 4 of the "Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy" (hereinafter referred to as "financial transaction information") and the personal credit information pursuant to Paragraph 1 under Article 32 of the "Use and Protection of Credit Information Act" to the financial holding company, etc. which they belong to according to the methods and procedures set forth by the Financial Services Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "provision procedure for customer information") for the purpose of use in accordance with the internal business management stipulated in Presidential decree such as credit risk management, etc. as provided in the following subparagraphs:
1. Range of information available for provision; 2. Handling methods of customer information such as encryption; 3. Separate storage of customer information; 4. Use period and purpose of use of customer information; 5. Deletion of customer information after the use period expires; 6. Other matters stipulated in the Presidential decree for strict management of customer information;
② An investment sales agent or an investment broker pursuant to the "Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act," which is a subsidiary, etc. of a financial holding company, may provide the information in any one of the following subparagraphs (hereinafter referred to as the "information on total sum of securities") among the information regarding money or securities entrusted by a truster who has traded securities or wishes to do so through the corresponding investment sales agent or an investment broker to the financial holding company, etc. which they belong to according to the provision procedures of customer information for the purpose of use according to the internal business management stipulated in Presidential decree such as credit risk management, etc. as provided in the following subparagraphs:
1. Total sum of money deposited; 2. Total sum of securities deposited; 3. Total sum of securities deposited by type; 4. Other pieces of information prescribed by the Financial Services Commission as prescribed in No. 1 through No. 3;
On this note, Woori Financial Group established and operates the "Customer Information Privacy Policy" to provide and utilize customer information between companies under Woori Financial Group, centered on Woori Finance Holdings. The act of provision and use of customer information is intended to mitigate inconveniences caused in customers' financial transactions and to provide more satisfactory financial services. In order to prevent an adverse effect that may possibly occur, Woori Financial Group limits the type of information provided and the recipients as follows and established a system for strict management of information.

I. Types of customer information provided;

1. Information or data on the content of financial transactions pursuant to Article 4 of the "Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy"; 2. Personal credit information pursuant to Paragraph 1 under Article 32 of the "Use and Protection of Credit Information Act"; 3. Information that corresponds to any one of the following subparagraphs among the information about money or securities deposited by a truster who has traded securities or wishes to do so through an investment sales agent or an investment broker pursuant to the "Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act";
A. Total amount of money deposited; B. Total sum of securities deposited; C. Total sum of securities deposited by type; D. Total sum of debt securities by type; E. Total sum of beneficiary certificates of the collective investment vehicle according to the categories classified under Article 229 of the "Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act"; F. Average holding period of securities and the average number of transactions during a certain period by the truster based on the total sum of the securities deposited;

II. Recipients of customer information

Of Woori Financial Group, the companies that are allowed to provide and use customer information pursuant to the Financial Holding Companies Act shall be: Woori Financial Holdings, Woori Bank, Woori Card, Woori Investment Bank, Woori Finance and Research Institute, Woori Credit Information, Woori Private Equity Asset Management, Woori Asset Management, Woori Global Asset Management and Woori Asset Trust.

III. Internal policy regarding the protection of customer information

Woori Financial Group ensures the management of customer information as safely as possible, by establishing strict handling procedures, management and supervision between companies of Woori Financial Group as described below. ① The provision and use of customer information shall be limited to internal management purposes only. ② One or more executive officer of Woori Financial Group shall be appointed as the Customer Information Officer and he/she shall be held solely responsible for the provision and use of customer information. ③ A supervising department and manager shall be designated by company to seek systematic and intensive management. ④Strict management and control shall be provided through standardization of business processes by, for example, requesting and providing customer information after receiving an approval from the customer information officer in a written or electronic approval system. ⑤ Woori Financial Group has granted the customer information officer of Woori Financial Holdings with a comprehensive management role in terms of customer information requests, provision, use, etc. between companies under Woori Financial Group to ensure the protection of customer information. ⑥ If there is any establishment/revision of the handling policies in regard to the provision and use of customer information, its content shall be notified to the customers or announced through daily newspapers and posted at the respective branch offices (including the corresponding department of the head office) or on the webpage, etc. of the respective companies as commitment to our duties to notify customers. ⑦ In cases where the customer information is provided, we shall do our best to provide customers with access to their own information by building a customer information inquiry system and providing notices, etc. in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. ⑧ To ensure proper compensation and treatment for customers who have suffered damage due to illegal or unfair schemes, a department has been designated for each group company to carry out overall duties related to customer complaint handling from customer guidance to counseling, handling and notification of results, etc. In addition, consumer relief can be sought through the dispute settlement system by the Financial Supervisory Service, other than our supervising department. ⑨ Only a person who is authorized to provide and manage customer information is allowed to access customer information. Encryption is required for the transmission, reception and storage of customer information. A security system against natural disasters, attack/infiltration from outside the organization, and other force majeure risks has been established, and security training programs are provided to employees related to customer information on a regular basis to ensure thorough security measures. Under the firm belief that allowing the provision and use of customer information between group companies is a measure to enhance the quality of financial services, and to further advance the financial industry of Korea, Woori Financial Group promises to provide customers with more convenient and advanced financial services of a high quality based on the exchange of customer information. In this spirit, we will do our best to protect and strictly manage our customers' information.
